About a month before her birthday, the little missy informed me that she wanted a pink birthday with pink presents, pink balloons, and pink cupcakes. How could you refuse that? Her favorite book in Pinkalious so everything was pink. Pink, pink and more pink. Here she is in all her sassiness.
We had two girlfriends and one guy-friend over. Braxton was fine with all the pinkness. You always need a princes to go with the princesses. We made some crowns and some necklaces.
Then we played pin the cherry on the cupcake.
Then, of course, we had pink cupcakes like in the book. Rowyn informed me that she also licked the wrapper clean (for those who had read the book)
Then presents which consisted of girly things, baby dolls, princesses, dresses, clothes, ponies. Everything a little girl could ask for.
Wow! I can't believe my baby is 3. She is such a joy to have in our family of boys. She is the pink icing on our already perfect cake. She talks and talks all the time and comes up with the weirdest stories. The other day it was about how she got bite by a snake and a bear in the woods. Don't ask me where she came up with that one. She loves her girly stuff but then also loves playing with her brothers. Every morning when she wakes up she doesn't climb into bed with us, she goes and gets in bed with Lincoln. We had a pinkalious good time at the party.

So so cute! I love pin the cherry on the cupcake. Ang, you are such a great mom. Will you plan my next b-day? :)
I second that "cherry on cupcake" statement. It looks like an incredibly fun party and not one that broke the bank.
